Curriculum

Convenient Class Schedule

Classes are conveniently scheduled on weekends so you can continue to work while earning your graduate certificate. You take six courses for a total of 18 credits and complete the program in 12 months.  If you choose to participate in international independent study, you add one additional quarter of study.

Entry Options

Sustainable Food Systems and Permaculture Design Certificate program classes begin in January, April, July or October. International track Independent Study Abroad (3 credits to Asia or Africa) takes place during winter quarter.
